The system said THE WHEELS HAVE COME OFF and that they are fixing it. This is more like THE ENGINE HAS FALLEN OFF ON THE N1 since it is still offline. The service is more broken than the License Printing Machine. Refund monies if you can't deliver on time. I could have walked to the same PNP you were getting the goods from. Your motto should be "WHY GO TO THE SHOP WHILE WE CAN BRING THE INCONVIENCE RIGHT TO YOUR DOORSTEP
