Ridiculous Service

Good Day

My order was worth R120,99 +R35 delivery

I used my voucher worth R150 but only R120 was app**** I was not credited the R30 into my wallet and I had to pay R35 .I called you guys and I was told that I have forfeited the R30 because it was in the Terms and conditions I asked him to show me where in the Terms and conditions it said that . And he kept me on hold for 30min This is ridiculous service and i will be reaching out to Hello peter . The consultants name is Linda
