This has to be the worst online shopping for me,I purchased 2kg of all sorts biscuits on the 13th of December 2023 it was R219.95 ,I was charged 3 times. The next they delivered one 2kgs as I had ordered, I called them to let them know that they took money 3 times from my account, the asked for my proof of payment and order number I sent it to them, no one bothered to call me back to let me know what was happening I had to call them everyday and all they could tell me was the matter has been sent to the finance department, they refunded me on Friday the 22nd of December, tell you what they only refunded me R219.95 meaning I need to start calling them again for the other R219.95,I have spent almost R100 on airtime calling them . I'm so disappointed because I have been using this app for years.
