Refund

It was my first experience with onecart. I placed an order on the 01July24 my purchase was a total of R598.47 out of that amount they managed to purchase R152.49 my baby formula’s which was about R445.98 was out of stock. I did fill in my banking details on their app today it’s the 8July24 I haven’t received my refund. No communication non whatsoever from their end. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as soon as I get my refund I will delete their app.
