Refund complaint

I placed an order on onecart on the 31st of October and got my delivery on the 1st of November but 2 items were missing, which I got an email stating that I will get a refund but to date I still have not received my refund, I've been logging calls with them but nothing has been done, I'm never buying from them ever again
