R1800 order just never delivered

I have ordered on the OneCart Website on the 2nd of June, Payment was made of almost R1800 and to date nothing was delivered, and my order does not reflect on outstanding orders on website or app. They have not been answering the phone after I've tried several times to contact them, not even an email response on my query logged. This is ridiculous, I had to go buy the groceries myself anyway.
