Poorest service

I am super disappointed with One cart. I made an order this morning. My order was supposed to arrive between 11:00&12:00. It then changed to 12:00 to 13:00. Along the day I got an apology that they have a delay. I understood and waited. 14:00 I receive an sms that the driver has arrived. I waited outside the gate and there was no one. I stood outside for the entire 30min for nothing! Only to receive a call from a lady named Khutso at 14:32 telling that they don’t have drivers and my order is at the store. Their shop is closed for the day😡😡😡. Why was I given false hope from the start??? I could’ve ordered my things elsewhere and avoided this mess. I am very disappointed. This is a very poor service. You don’t value your customers, you seem to value the money we bring to you.
