Poor Service from OneCart.co.za

Requested a refund to my bank account on 5 September. As per the OneCart site, the refund would have take 2 to 3 business days. Still have not received my refund in my bank account. Have contacted OneCart many times via email and Whatsapp. Was promised that the refund would be in my account today (19 September). Nothing.
