Poor service from onecart delivery

I ordered items from Makro and Woolworths and only items from Makro were delivered when I checked my items and should I have not checkedy items upon delivery I would not have realised that the Woolworths items were missing.

They didn't even call and explain why they didn't deliver the items from Woolworths I had to call their call centre and I talked to a certain lady who made me wait for 5 minutes then after that she told me their drivers are rejecting orders which is none of my business as I paid R70 for delivery,I asked to talk to the lady's manager. I had to wait for another 5 minutes after waiting the lady told me their manager is busy on another call.

The lady didn't even apologize and reassure me of delivery she just dropped the phone.

I'm disappointed in onecart delivery,as it was my second time ordering with them and I was looking forward to order with them and also refer my friends and family.What disappointed me the most is that Ilso wrote an e-mail to their helpline yesterday but no response till now.

They then sent a delivery guy to deliver my Woolworths items after one hour ,the delivery guy was also lost.
