Poor Service

I placed an order, and they delivered some of my items. They informed me that the remaining items would be delivered tomorrow due to a lack of transportation.

Additionally, I mentioned that one of the appliances I received appeared to be a display item, so I wanted to return it. I spoke with a representative named Ayanda, who initially said she would not send anyone to collect the item. However, I'm still waiting for it to be picked up. When I called her to follow up, she seemed surprised and claimed that they had already come to collect it.

I requested that she send me an email stating that I am not satisfied with the item and wish to return it. She agreed to do so, but I have yet to receive the email or have the item collected.

I'm very dissatisfied with their service.
