Poor service and opportunistic charging

These guys couldn't fulfil my order (which is not the end of the world)... But (1) they inform me only on the morning of delivery and (2) I was still charged their "shopper" fee instead of receiving a full refund. there is no point in receiving a partial order if I have to go to the shops to get the rest of the goods and adding the fee for non-delivery is an insult on top of non-performance. I won't be using this "service" again.
