Poor service and incorrect orders

This company advertises to do your shopping for you. In this time of nationwide lock down, I used them for the 1st time. When placing the order, you have an option regarding substitutes- I asked that no substitutes be made without contact me to confirm. While waiting for my order, I have tried to contact the company via email and telephone with no success- just automated replies, as I wanted to see if I could add to my order. When the order arrived today- my cart had been substituted with items that I can not use. The delivery was made by MrD- so I am not able to send the items back and was informed that I can not refuse to accept the order.

Please do not waste your money and time using this service. I am sure that there are much better services out there who do not charge you a fortune (items ordered are more expensive, you pay delivery and concierge fee) and then they send you items that you can not use. Worst is there is nobody that you can speak to so your frustration is just higher.
