Pathetic Services and communication

Extremely unhappy,the first time around i really thought its just a missed communication.I placed and order on tuesday for Wed between 9-10 the morning.Nothing it turned 11:00 still waiting on delivery and agent called me saying that they running late i will receive my goods today.I have heard nothing and received no calls eventually I call them gave my order number could hardly hear what the agent was saying who assisted me but he said he will check whats happening and acll me back..I HAVR RECEIVED NOTHING!!!!!!!!whats the point in scheduling a delivery time
