Pathetic service order not delivered!

I’ve bad experiences with this business with my orders getting delivered 2 to 3 hours later and there’s no communication whatsoever from them, I have to phone them and find out. Yesterday was the worst my order was not delivered no phone call nothing, I go on the app only to find out that my order has been rescheduled for the next day!!! I have people waiting for this order and they decide to reschedule it for the next day without even communicating with me. I don’t even know the reason why it was rescheduled. I want my refund and I don’t want them to put it on the wallet on their app, I want it on my card, thank u very much I will never be using them.
