Pathetic service from Onecart

Place 2 orders from onecart. Very disappointing as orders not honored. Last order placed on Sunday 31 August 2025. Today is the 02 September 2025 and I have still not received my online order. Delivery was supposed to be 01 September 2025 between 10:00 and 11:00 but not honored. I waited the entire day but no Delivery. It upsets me that they don't seem to understand that it's our time waiting for the order to be delivered.

What's next. They will tell me they out of stock exactly like my first order. ONECART IS A BIG NO NO.
