Pathetic, Dishonest and a waste of time and money.

Pathetic service. The "shopper" could not find some of the items ordered and instead of asking if I want to substitute the item the shopper just cancels the items. I canceled the order as the main items were not bought but OneCart has not refunded my wallet. I have email and called 23 times in the space of 2 hours and the phone was only answered once. Reporting this to National Consumer Commission as this has now happened almost every time I order.
