Pathetic after sales and non-existent support

My order was short delivered. There was no communication on the matter. There has been no credit whatsoever. I called the support number and spoke to an agent who was rude and cut the call off and also failed to call me back. I sent a WhatsApp to the support number and all I go was a message that someone will get in touch with me but nobody has!
