Patehic service from One Cart

What a useless company. I purchased fir an amount of R444 today and there web page only allows you 10 bottles of Alcohol. Now I received only one item and when I called one cart I am told you need to buy a case which is 12 bottles yet you are only allowed to add 10 bottles to your cart. Now I have to wait for up to 5 day for a refund. Will never use One cart again as there service is Pathetic. Niraj O***
