Order not received from yesterday
Order was meant for delivery yesterday and I didn’t receive it. Shopper Mbali finished shopping yesterday before 18:00. I called in however not assistance I believe the call centre personnel was leaving for home because i called around 18:30 and she promised to call me back however nothing.
This morning at 08:01 I called again and the agent advised order will be cancelled and I will receive my money back however she didn’t call back.
I called around 09:00 and promised to receive a call and the personnel indicated the shopper made shopping last evening and left with package home and she is on leave today. I was advised nothing can be done until she returns tomorrow which is an inconvenience to me , my order and money.
I need my money back because you failed to deliver yesterday my order. And I am promised it will be refunded when the shopper returns which is very unprofessional and what if she doesn’t return and then what?
I need my money and I have sent numerous emails without joy or proper solution.
After numerous calls and emails I insisted to engage with a Manager. Neo was the Manager who kept me updated every hour for refund process. Funds were received before end of business day. I commend and appreciate his assistance.
