Order not delivered

I placed an order yesterday the 9th of November, I even wrote a note on the app so that the driver doesn't get lost. The next thing I get an email that my order was delivered. I logged an incident on the app explaining that I didn't receive the order and I even called but I'm not getting any help. I'm not happy at all with the service. Order # ***
