Only order OneCart to be disappointed

Got absolutely terrible service from OneCart and it seems like they are money hungry people who claims to deliver a shopping service. My order, which I have already paid for, proves shopping had been done however delivery is now 5 days late. No ons is able to provide clarity on whether the products will be delivered or whether a refund will be done as OneCart very conviniently so, holds no complaints department.

One is to therefore define the meaning of a Company failing to provide a service which has already been paid for... Should their actions be regarded as *****ing from the Consumer?!?
