OneCartZA - is a nightmare!!

OneCartZA Shocking customer service. I placed a Makro grocery order on 26/9/22. After speaking to the shopper numerous times, the order had to be cancelled as there was no stock. The value of the order was R9000+ . I have been charged for this order on my credit card and to date NO REFUND and no clarification. Customer Service is shocking!!! NO one from Finance has contacted me and customer service staff don't have a clue!
