OneCart’s service is terrible

OneCart advertises delivery of goods within an hour. I placed an order and paid for it at 11:00 on 26 May 2023. At 16:00 I phoned the helpline to find out where my order was and was promised a follow up call. I phoned again and 17:00 and again was promised a follow up call to find out what had happened to the delivery. Eventually, I phoned again this morning and I am still waiting for a reply. My problem is that this isn’t the first time OneCart has let me down, there have been numerous other occasions. Their service is shocking and I am a very unhappy customer
