Onecart withholding my refund!!

The customer service provided by the staff is appalling, one such Ayanda closed a query that I’ve had for the past 2 days before even confirming if my query was resolved. I’ve dealt with three agents for my refund and none of them have helped me. The email support has also not responded to me since logging this issue on Wednesday.

They also have e tendency of just cancelling orders without warning and citing reasons why! Onecart really needs to check its employees, very unprofessional with no sense of customer service
