Onecart-Waste of time

I have placed four orders with this company and only the first ever delivery was satisfactory. We were so thrilled. After that it was a complete nightmare. I was charged more for items then I had actually received from Woolworths. I even once Never received an item. The shopper asked me for my preference on that item so not sure if the driver took it or what. And it Took me almost three weeks to receive a response from them and a refund which I did not even cross check because they are so useless. Kept telling me my complaint is lost must email them again. Then their email address became non existent. We Decided to give them a chance again and that was an epic fail. Just an email to say my order is delayed. No ETA. Waited three days before I decided to just cancel the order. Tried once more because we needed items urgently and same story. Now I just requested a refund to my bank account and I hope I get a refund. I never want to do business with this company again. Don’t rob people. We all are struggling. A waste of consumers time. And you can never get hold of them. They pay telephone bills for nothing because nobody ever answers. What a shame for them because their service was such a convenient idea.
