Onecart voucher experience turned a frown to a smile

Oncecart let me down with delivery and non-disbursing of a voucher....BUT Sabelo Ndlovu changed my experience!

I ordered 15/05 and some items were not delivered. They said they would create a voucher and send it to me since I had purchased using a voucher. Fine. Its been six days and no voucher in sight!

I then called in and spoke to a lovely gentleman by the name of Sabelo Ndlovu. He checked my enquiry, confirmed a few details and promised to escalate this and call me back with feedback.

Within a few minutes he had called me back advising that the enquiry has been resolved and provided me with the voucher number!

I was honestly ready to never use Onecart again but his level of service really melted my heart! He is a gem and the sole reason I would be using you in future.
