OneCart - terrible service

I placed an order yesterday afternoon for delivery at 16h00. Just before 17h00 I asked them to please arrange for delivery early the next morning because I have to leave and nobody will be home to receive my order. The shopper agreed and confirmed that I would receive my order the next day before 10h00. At 11h00 I contacted them to ask when I will be receiving my order to which they rep**** I will receive my order at 13h00. I did not receive my order. At 13h30 I contacted them again and the lady said they are still waiting for a driver but I will receive my order shortly. It is now almost 16h00 and still no delivery. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with OneCart. I would not advise anyone to make use of their service. I am deleting the app as soon as I receive my order and I will not use them anymore. Always late, they do not give suggestions for alternatives even if you chose this option and now this. Terrible, terrible service.
