OneCart shoppers HORRIBLE service

Order #***. I'm so disappointed on (2 occasions) Thulile my first shopper and Terrence from Carnival mall on getting my order wrong. On 09/11/2023 we ordered groceries amongst them Sunlight Auto soap but got Sunlight hand wash for the second time.They refused to exchange the handwash soap for the auto soap.lnstead they wanted to refund me and then get a shopper.

I start from scratch buying the soap.They could have saved time by allowing the shopper to exchange as he had the receipt.Now l had to postpone doing my washing.Its the second time One Cart gets my order wrong and makes it my problem.They should sort out their reaction time to wrong orders.

Now I should keep using my airtime to communicate and call One Cart customer care service. Thankful to the patience that Lee the customer service guy who's been helping me with all the annoying refunds. Yerrrrrrrrrr I am livid. What an inconvenience.
