I came to hear about this service via an eNCA and decided to use it for the smaller weekly shops. They cover more than one supplier which is unusual and great for those that opt for the variety (PnP, Woolies, Dischem) which is genius as these are typically used by shoppers in tandum. The orders are easy and quick to place. Best of all you get your own shopper that starts interacting directly while they are shopping to fulfill your order - this is exceptional and really a great differentiator! The delivery is equally superb - friendly and prompt delivery. What has really struck a cord is that during the tough times we are facing, this is an incredible way to promote employment to many who otherwise may not have been afforded this type of opportunity. I hope to see more specialised niche start-ups out of this as well as partnerships where you are able to share this model to provide franchise and/or other opportunities.
