Onecart repeatedly fails to deliver

Onecart allows you to choose delivery slot times and make promises that is not lived up to. There are unacceptable delivery delays of more than 48 hours.

The reason why people pay high delivery fees is due to delivery expectations. No valuable feedback with regards to delays other than blaming the high number of online orders. No rocket science required to establish an expected influx in online orders and for Onecart to hence accomodate this through service delivery. Not happening, and sadly at the expense of the customers.
