Onecart online shopping
I placed an order with makro items on onecart, about 70% of items were out of stock only after I had already paid, and now getting my money back is a hastle, Im waiting for my money to buy the things I wanted elsewhere. I checked reviews and asked other people and they have the same experience with one cart where items are shown as in stock but go out of stock after paying, and on top of that charge customers to get their money back, I’ve never experienced that with other online platforms that had to refund.

28 Dec 2022, 22:34 Hello Noemia, we're sorry you feel that way. This is how it works: when we update our app and website it is based on the stock level provided to us by the store. Unfortunately, this does not take into account people shopping in-store. Additionally, we are at times limited in our stock levels that by the time our shoppers get to your order it might be out of stock especially when looking at specials. We do apologise for that. Thank you.

29 Dec 2022, 09:47I’d believe you if I didn’t know any better because those same items that were really low priced on sale are still appearing as if they’re in stock. Meaning it’s deliberately low-priced so we can shop and take other stuff so we can buy the items on sale( only to find them out of stock)

I’d believe you if I didn’t know any better because those same items that were really low priced on sale are still appearing as if they’re in stock. Meaning it’s deliberately low-priced so we can shop and take other stuff so we can buy the items on sale( only to find them out of stock)
