Onecart never pays refund if u have one due forget about it

ONE cart is OK until they need to refund you. I've been waiting for my refund for the past 2/3 weeks for my undelivered order (***K-74) and nothing is coming. I called many times and promised feedback but no one bothers, the call center agents will lie and promise to escalate your issue and never do. Just make sure whatever u order is available or no mistakes in deliveries/delivery times. After this I doubt if me and my family I'll find it easy to order anything from onecart ever again.
