Onecart literally ruined my Christmas... that time they are enjoying their Christmas because they can't be found to rectify their mess.

Onecart has ignored my request to track an order i placed over 20 hours ago. They don't have driver credentials available to us to contact drivers n everything happens through their call center only. I don't have my order that I had bought specifically for Christmas and I don't have my money back to make alternative plans. This is such appalling service from onecart. The worse part is that, even if they decide to send you your money back, you're most probably going to wait for 7-14 working days. In what world is this acceptable? Where we supposed to get extra money for when we get *****ed over by our trusted service provider? In this economy? In South African? I extremely disappointed!!!
