Onecart is unreliable

At the beginning the app was quite impressive and the social media very responsive however it has only gotten worse over time.

My delivery was not picked up and i had to cancel and redo it for another day. The app did not give me the option to tip my driver who was exceptional on the day. I followed up with the call centre and via email with no assistance. The staff consistently send standard emails with no help and close the ticket with no resolution. Im going to keep the ticket open until you help!!!

People should not be ****med out of their hard earned money. Do better.
