OneCart is a **** - order placed no deliver or refund 4 days later

Very bad service this last round. I placed an order on Tuesday 4 May 2020 for delivery on Wednesday 5 May 2020. Order #706642 My order is over R1500 so it's not just a small amount.

Order didn't arrive. Got a phone call after 6pm on the 5th to say they would only deliver on the 6th. No delivery on the 6th. I tried to phone, email and message OneCart but no response. The telephone line keeps going to voicemail or drops.

I then tried to cancel my order. Still no further contact from anyone.

I am starting to think this business is **********. I just want my money back. I can't believe I referred other people to this ****.

I followed every avenue to try contact the company but now I have no choice but to give them a bad review. I see I am not the only one who was ****med by them.
