Onecart is a ****

I ordered twice from them in 2022 and never received my orders nor my money back. I also tried to withdraw my money which was supposed to be transferred to mu bank account and it never was. I wrote to them and they asked for the order numbers and my bank states which I provided to them and they still didn't refund me. They initially told me to contact Avo and didn't provide me with Avo details. Last year I wrote to them again explaining I had no dealings with Avo but them and demanded they refunded me, they once again requested the documents they did before and I forwarded them again and they still didn't pay me till today.
