Onecart inefficient

I ordered on this platform at Macro on the 31st Aug. Macro had nothing available on my order and they ended up cancelling the order. I then requested a refund on the Onecart app to refund me back on my card so I can shop elsewhere. The credit requested on the 1st of September is still not refunded to my account been about a month now!!! What service is this- I called daily to enquire and no one responds with an answer on my refund!!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
