OneCart horrific service-or lack of service

If I could give ZERO stars I would. 3 orders 3 appalling experiences. 1st order delivered 6 hours after they said they would but okay-same day. Next order was meant to be delivered between 9 and 10 am-at 5pm I got a message to say driver problem will be delivered next day. It was -at 4 PM !! So waited 2 entire days at home for a promised 2 hour delivery.Current order was supposed to be 2 to 3 pm yesterday. Again just before 6pm I got a message-no delivery yesterday due to technical issue. Will be delivered next day.So it is now 11 am-3 delivery periods into the day and here I sit again waiting with zero goods and they have my loot including the 35 buck delivery fee, WHAT F delivery?? . Absolute **** and zero customer service-tried to call helpline twice and both times waited for 15 mins with no reply.They had the cheek to send an email wanting me to rate their customer service!! There is none! From reading all the other reviews on here-hundreds of them-it appears it is a waste of time cancelling the order as they never pay out the refunds! It's online rolling of people's money and should be followed up by the Hawks for ********** activity!!Have told all my friends to stay well clear of OneCart
