OneCart fail

I placed an order on One Cart with GAME store Mall of Africa. The items I selected did not show that they were not available. I paid for my order only to be texted by the shopper at GAME that half of the items I ordered were not available. So basically I paid delivery and tipped for a few items which defeated the purpose for the online shopping.
