ONECART - Dissatisfied

My first time shopping with OneCart and my last. I purchased online with a specific Chain, money was immediately deducted. I received a call advising me that the bulk of my order was out of stock. I cancelled the entire order. I have to wait for 1-2 working days for a refund and it wasn't a small amount. While I was on the call with an agent, she told me that she needs to hang up because she has an incoming call. Like wow!
