OneCart - Dismal Service

I asked the OneCart to refund some of my wallet funds to my bank account. After receiving an email that the funds would be in my account within 3 days I assumed all was done. Some two weeks later I checked my statement and noticed the funds had not been transferred, so I contacted them. After several emails and the information they required provided they still have never sorted out the problem or provided a suitable response. A month has past and all I get are mails asking me to rate their service. To say the least their service is pathetic and I will never use them again nor recommend them to others.
