OneCart bad customer service

I've ordered from Onecart during the week...expected delivery within an hour....but no delivery was made...i contacted them and they said they couldn't get hold of me. I sent my contact and they asked for the address again...n promised to deliver between 4pm -5pm. Have been trying to call this morning...sent whatsapp and email messages but no response. I just need my refund from them....their service is very very poor.
