Please do not use one cart!!!!! I placed an order on their site and my daughter placed an order on thrir site and the order for Linda Valjalo was not delivered. They charged us for the products they charged us for the shopping and they charged us for the delivery In the orderno 674641 delivery date 14.04.2020 206 church street Kenilworth Gauteng phone number 011 *** this no was typed in as433 so we noticed it and phonedthe head office and were told it was corrected to 434 well this order was not received ever!!!!! I emailed them at least on 10 occasions and keep getting a reply we are busy and will look into it I phoned thrm 12 times fromEurope so as you can see this was an additional cost each time they said we will let you know withno result I demand a full refund or that the products be delivered to him with an extra gift as this was meant to be an easter present
