What a disappointment

It’s the third time they accept my order and take hours to deliver. Today they haven’t delivered at all - telling me they don’t have drivers.

But why do you accept the order in my area if you don’t have drivers? When I ask for a refund - now the refund goes into the wallet and then from the wallet it goes to my card - which is not immediate.

So basically, you pay for a service, you can’t get a refund unless you want it to be in digital unusable money. If you want your money back you wait for 7 days. If that’s not poor service I don’t know what it is.
