One Cart Worst company EVER

How does one give MINUS 1 stars? Worst online delivery service ever. No one in that company cares about customers, from drivers,to shoppers,to customer service ,even their social media accounts holders. I placed an order on 05december and as usual my goods were not delivered due to "no stock" the amount was reversed into my "1cart wallet" which I then moved to my bank account. The money did NOT make it to my bank account. And one cart couldn't give a damn to assist me in tracing it but rather advised I call my bank. I called my bank and as I expected they can't see that transfer. Same as I can't trace it on my banking app. My money has disappeared from One cart into thin air and no one in that company even cares.i doubt there is even a FINANCE department there as they have no clue what a POP is. To Say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
