One Cart, Woolworths The Grove

I have placed an order on One Cart today, to have groceries delivered from Woolworths, the Grove in Pretoria. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. The amount was deducted TWICE, and so I paid R900 for 6 items. This is not acceptable! Then I received my order, and half of it was not even inside the bag! Where is the items I ordered? I will never support One Cart, or Woolworths again!
