One Cart multiple failed deliveries

Not sure what’s going with the service at One Cart. I’ve always had good experiences with them but literally twice is two days they have failed to deliver my order and had to reschedule to the following day. In the latest instance they failed to deliver their own failed delivery! Nobody called to update me on my order and I had to call to find out why my delivery was 1 hour late. Needless to say I will be deleting the app once they finally deliver my order.

Note to all users to follow up on their orders to ensure you actually get what you need when you need it.
