One cart keeping R472 and claims non receipt

On 17 October I tried to buy items online. The credit card payment dis not go through as the authenticator did not work. One cart confirmed they had multiple complaints. I made an eft payment that went of my bank. My bank confirmed it was like a cash transaction. One cart keeps saying they dis not receive the money and keep referring to the initial credit card payment that apparently looks like 9 tries on their system. They will not refund me
