One cart is a ****

Placed an order at 11am today only for the order to be returned to the store upon phoning the driver he told me he could only redeliver if I gave him petrol money. I refused and received no contact regarding my order I had hound the customer care line and WhatsApp line who told me that they are a third party it's not their problem .Onecart delayed responding to me till the shopped closed even after I sent countless emails and messages to their delivery service provider aswell as one cart themselves they then call me @6pm to tell me my order cannot place . It took them from 11 am to 6pm to come up with a absolutely nothing .now they want to refund me the amount into my onecart wallet forcing me to use my money with them again to no doubt I counter the same incompetence again. Their app doesn't work their call center is a joke their delivery drivers are rude and not helpful . This whole operation is a ****
