One Cart experiences

<div>The most shocking experience over and over again!!!!!! The shoppers are wonderful. Today the shopper beautifully communicated to me and ready to pay to hand over to driver.

The food was schedule to arrive between 14h00 and 15h00. Poor Khanyisile (shopper). I MENTION her as she always shop 100%. I thanked her and the next thing I hear that my order is only coming tomorrow bewteen 10h00 to 11h00. I am ill, used them and always do if I can't shop so now heard that I was complaining about the shopper and when she came to the till it was changed to tomorrow..... One cart🛒 has 80% of all my orders done this. I suspect they run out of money and cause this. They, FROM OFFICE, actually today told yhe shopper I was complaining 💔 The opposite and proof of it. What the hell!!!!!????

This was food I needed for today and kids for school tomorrow. Not shopping as I am ill. She picked everything 100%.

I made contact with the CEO also several times to escalate with absolutely no improvement.

Today was the last time I will ever shop there. I hope the shoppers get work as their self-confidence must get so affected by these lies and delivery always an issue too. Food has arrived warm here too.
